This instrument employs microcontroller-based microcomputer control to achieve intelligent operation of the crimp elasticity tester. The measurement system applies load via a tension loader, while displacement length is counted by the microcontroller using pulse signals from a stepper motor. The instrument automatically measures, displays, and prints the crimp, crimp elasticity, crimp recovery rate, and their statistical values for fibers with a fineness of 1 to 22 dtex. Touchscreen control ensures simple and convenient operation.
