Instrument Usage

It can be widely used in the tensile test of various chemical fibers, wool, cotton and other single fibers.  The breaking strength, breaking elongation, fixed elongation load, fixed conforming elongation, creep and other performance indicators of various fibers.  It can also be used to test certain non-textile fibers under the condition of not exceeding the strength range of this instrument.

Configuration Options

1、Ordinary type: desktop host, large Chinese LCD display, with data storage, retrieval, statistics, printing functions, can be independently configured EPSON300K printer, printout test data report.
Data statistics include: strength, elongation, elongation, rupture time, rupture work, rupture strength of the maximum value, minimum value, average value, CV value.



2、Computer-type：Provide computer operation software, configure computer, color monitor and inkjet printer, display, printout graphics and data reports.
Realize the host panel key operation (microcontroller) and computer keyboard operation of two-way interactive control, can be selected according to need.
The computer adopts WINDOWS operating system.
The operation interface text can have Chinese and English bilingual options.
Data statistics include: strength, elongation, elongation, breaking time, breaking work, breaking strength of the maximum value, minimum value, average value, CV value and so on.
