This constant temperature and humidity environment test chamber can simulate various temperature and humidity environments and is suitable for testing electronic, electrical, food, automotive, rubber, plastic, metal and other products. It meets the reliability and stability performance parameters of GB/T 2423 and GJB 150A1/4 in various harsh environments. It will provide you with a basis for predicting and improving product quality and reliability.

Instrument characteristics

Heating system 

Continuous PID regulation, using AC contactors as heating actuators, safe and reliable, with a separate over temperature protection system.


Air duct system

To ensure a high uniformity index, the test box is equipped with an internal circulating air supply system; In the air duct interlayer at one end of the studio, devices such as heaters, refrigeration evaporators, and fan blades are distributed; Use a fan to circulate the air in the box. When the fan rotates at high speed, the air in the studio is sucked into the air duct from the bottom, heated and cooled, and blown out from above the air duct. The air exchanged with the test sample in the studio is then sucked into the air duct and circulated repeatedly to meet the temperature setting requirements.
