The YG072N yarn defect grading instrument is a testing instrument used by textile enterprises and their yarn quality inspection departments to inspect and analyze harmful defects on yarns. It is an essential instrument for textile enterprises to conduct yarn grading.

Main features 

1. Detect and analyze occasional yarn defects on the yarn. The yarn defects detected by the well will be classified into 27 levels, including 20 levels for short and coarse knots, 3 levels for long and coarse knots, and 4 levels for details.
2. Automatically convert the measured frequency of yarn defects to the frequency of yarn defects under a standard test length of 100km.
3. Fully graphic yarn cleaning curve setting, easily achieving specified level yarn defect removal.
4. It has the function of clearing yarn according to channel processing (neps, short and coarse knots, long and coarse knots, and long details). In some cases, it can be used as a yarn cleaner and has the function of checking whether the electronic yarn cleaner's yarn cleaning threshold is reasonable.
5. It has a yarn count monitoring (wrong count detection) function, which can automatically measure the length and weight of the winding yarn, adjust sensitivity and zero point automatically.
6. Automatic fault detection, alarm, and fault recovery.
7. Equipped with an expert system, it can perform industry comparative analysis, yarn defect trend analysis, and yarn defect distribution analysis on test data.
8. The dual color LED indicator light is designed with a reset button to provide intuitive working status information and fault handling solutions.
