Instrument usage

To measure tensile strength and breaking elongation of single yarn.
Used to measure the tensile breaking strength and elongation at break of various high-strength chemical fibers, including single fibers, single yarns, ropes, threads, and linen. It also tests the breaking strength and elongation at break of various textiles, non-woven fabrics, synthetic leather, plastic flat wires, plastic woven fabrics, zippers, tungsten (molybdenum) wires, and other metal wires, as well as tear tests, peel tests, elastic recovery tests, seam strength tests, constant load elongation tests, and constant elongation strength tests.

Instrument appearance picture

Ground standing single column host, large screen Chinese LCD display, with data storage, retrieval, statistics, and printing functions. It can be independently configured with EPSON300K printer to print test data reports. (i.e. regular type)

Computers, color displays, and inkjet printers can also be configured to output graphics and reports. Implemented bidirectional interactive control between host panel button operation (microcontroller) and computer keyboard operation, allowing for arbitrary selection as needed. The computer adopts the Windows XP operating system. The operation interface text can be selected in both Chinese and English. (i.e. computer type)
